Our Story
Co-founders, Suzanne Williams and Stefan Czyniewski met in 2004 during their tenure at an Australian start-up medical device company. With a passion for ensuring the clinical development programs are executed with the correct design(s), in strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and good clinical practices, they decided to form a new-age clinical research organization (CRO) to act as a partner and an extension to the client’s existing team.
Mobius Medical was founded in 2008 and soon after, Richard Brookes became the third owner, bringing a wealth of knowledge in information technology, business and finance.
Mobius Medical has steadily flourished, growing organically with repeat business and word of mouth recommendation into a highly reputable full-service CRO, headquartered in Sydney, Australia with staff spanning every major city in Australia and New Zealand.
With its proven track record of assisting largely US-based companies, Mobius Medical USA Inc. was established in 2023 in order to seamlessly continue delivering clinical research projects in both the southern and northern hemispheres. Mobius is poised with the necessary expertise and a solutions-focused approach to serve our clients across the globe.

Mobius Medical, a leading full-service contract research organisation managing clinical trials in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking exceptional CRAs or SCRAs for our both our Melbourne CBD and North Sydney offices. The role will be full-time, office based with plenty of flexibility. Mobius has been and is rapidly expanding our services and team and there’s no better time to join us!
Mobius enjoys assisting a rich portfolio of global and local clients working on a vast array of therapeutic goods including medical devices, pharma and IVD, across all phases. We support our partners through the entire clinical project journey, including expeditious clinical trials start-up, monitoring, data management and in-house EDC.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining effective communication with study sites. Key attributes include strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of clinical trial processes. Prior experience in clinical research and a degree in a related field are required.
